Janna McConnaughhay from Andover, Kansas, has built her life around family, community, and helping others pursue their goals. She has been married to her husband, Curtis, since 2005, and together they are raising three teenagers-daughters Finley and Piper, and son Bode. With her kids now in high school and beyond, Janna enjoys supporting their activities, volunteering in the community, and finding new ways to make lasting memories as a family.
A graduate of Kansas State University, Janna earned her degree in Mass Communications and remains a loyal K-State Wildcat fan—Go Wildcats! (EMAW). Her purple pride runs deep, and she carries the values of teamwork, dedication, and commitment into both her personal and professional life. Janna believes in the power of strong relationships and clear communication, values that she applies daily in her role and that reflect the spirit of her alma mater.
Janna serves as the Client Relationship Manager at Prill Garwood Financial Advisors. She began her career in the financial industry in 2002 working alongside Shane, and with more than 20 years of experience, she has developed a reputation for being approachable, client-focused, and genuinely invested in the success of those she serves. Her favorite part of the role is creating meaningful connections and ensuring clients feel confident and supported at every step of their financial journey.
Outside of work, Janna enjoys traveling, reading, movies, and spending time with friends and family. She is passionate about making a positive impact—whether at home, in her community, or through the relationships she builds with clients.
